We have made significant investments in our fully equipped inspection facilities to ensure that outgoing product quality levels are maintained to the highest standard. Our co-ordinate measuring machines (CMM) are operated by highly skilled, qualified engineers who work to criteria defined within our fully certified quality system, enabling us to complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) in the shortest possible time frame.

Design Support
As part of the technical service that we offer, the ‘design for manufacture’ facility is an integral part of the operation. Our sales, production and quality departments work closely with you to carry out detailed evaluations of your design and manufacturing requirements. This will provide you with:

Drawing Free Manufacture
From your 3D models and supported by 2D drawings marked up with critical and/or non-critical features, we use modelling/programming/simulation software to interrogate the model to produce CNC programs for manufacturing. This enables us to offer:

- Mitigate the risk of errors and therefore reduced prove out times
- Faster time to market
