Kenard makes MWP Awards shortlist

We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in the “Best Practice in Training” at this year’s MWP Awards. The full list of finalists is available to view on the MWP website.

The judging criteria included:

Analysis and understanding of skills gaps and training needs
Level of priority given to training
Delivery of training, including style and content
Follow up and use of new skills
Evaluation of benefits to the business
Career and ‘quality of life’ benefits to trainees

The biennial awards are timed to complement the MTA’s MACH exhibition. With these two major industry events taking place in one week, 7-11 April will be the ultimate networking experience for manufacturers and there is still time to get involved. A few tables remain for the awards dinner, for more details and to book view the awards website It is also a good idea to register for MACH in advance to avoid the queues into the exhibition. The show is free to attend and is definitely worth a visit.
