Deburr Department Refurbishment

Deburr is a critical process. Without it the  performance, reliability and durability of parts can be compromised. With this in mind the Tewkesbury Deburr department has recently undergone quite a transformation.  We’ve completely refurbished its new location, building fitted benches to optimise the space for 5 work stations, installing extractor fans to improve the air quality for the team and fitting high lux lighting. The higher intensity lighting will significantly improve visibility and make it easier to achieve even higher quality finishes.  Work will then start on clearing the old Deburr work area to turn it into a dedicated, part specific, cell.
