Andrew Patterson Appointed Managing Director
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Patterson as Managing Director of Kenard Tewkesbury. Andrew brings over 20 years of leadership experience across a broad range of industries. Having graduated with an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, Andrew has a successful record in organisational modelling across multiple business units.
With full responsibility for the leadership and business development of the Tewkesbury plant, Andrew joins Kenard at a critical time as the company embarks upon an intense Sharing in Growth programme. With ambitious growth targets for the next five years, both at the site and Group levels, Andrew’s experience and knowledge of managing organisational change will be invaluable. Having him on board is a great endorsement of our commitment and ambition to grow the capabilities and talent within our company.
As we continue to develop market leading manufacturing excellence solutions for customers, our transformation into a globally competitive, digitally led company will be strongly influenced by the our ability to effectively manage the change process. Aligning our organisational structure, goals and behaviour with strategic and operational components of the business will be critical to ensure that we meet our commercial performance objectives.
