Precision Machining

Our comprehensive subcontract precision machining facilities include multi-axis CNC machines with milling and turning capability. This flexibility allows us to accurately and cost effectively produce identical parts for high volume manufacture, down to one-off prototype components. It also provides multiple routes to manufacture, to meet your critical delivery requirements.

We produce complex, contoured shapes from exotic or difficult to machine materials to exceptionally high quality standards. Our experience and capability supports the production of fully classified components across multiple industry sectors, including deep sub-sea and some of the latest turbine engines.

With the necessary accreditations and fully audited control systems in place  to operate in  close tolerance and high specification sectors,  you can be assured that your precision machine components will meet your quality requirements.
